The legendary Frank Moore was memorialized by the Oregon State Legislature final week. The laws was sponsored by Democratic State Consultant Ken Helm of Beaverton and Republican State Senator David Brock Smith of Port Orford.
Written testimony supporting the decision got here from Kirk Blaine, president of the Steamboaters, Becky McRae of the North Umpqua Basis, and Jeffrey Dose, a retired fisheries biologist for the Umpqua Nationwide Forest.
